HAPPY FEAST OF SAINT DOMINIC SAVIO!!!!
May 6, is the feast of Saint Dominic Savio, However because the girls were to be at school, we had a huge celebration on Sunday, May 5. I would like to give a public and a special Thank you to my Mother who did all of the cooking (except the cake) , we would not of been able to have such a good dinner if I had done the cooking, so Thank You Mom!! And also I would like to thank a special friend I had over for the weekend, Rachelle Lambert, who did the decorating and made the house look very festive for the feast! Anyone could tell that it was not a Hickman that did the decorating, So, Thank You Rachelle!

New Seminary Travel-Log
A couple of weeks ago, the boys and I took a quick trip to Virginia to see the progress of the new FSSPX Seminary, witness the Consecration of the Bells (made by Paccard, a French family in the bell making business since the late 1700s) and the Blessing of the Cornerstone. We were treated to a Pontifical High Mass, a conference from H.E. Bishop Bernard Fellay, and a tour of the construction site. It was all quite a sight to behold. A seminary of this architecture and scale has not been built in the United States for over a century. It represents a great hope.
